Available Payments
We accept Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, and Net Banking at no extra charge. All online payments are processed securely via Stripe, PayPal, and Razorpay.
Order History and Disputes
You can view your order history anytime by logging into My Account. If something looks off with an order — wrong charge, missing item, or a delivery issue — contact us at contact@tytgear.in with your order number and we’ll sort it out within 2-3 business days.
Shipping and Handling
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and typically arrive within 7-10 business days across India. Free shipping applies to orders over ₹999; a shipping fee applies below that. We currently ship within India only. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking details by email.
Gift Cards
TYTGEAR gift cards are digital, delivered straight to your inbox as a redeemable code. Choose any custom amount at checkout — gift cards are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
Returns and Exchanges
Received a damaged, defective, or wrong item? Let us know within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Reach out via contact@tytgear.in with your order number and a description of the issue — we’ll review and respond within 2-3 business days.
